Article addresses componental approach to the production of informative resources for informative-communicative systems. The definitions, classification and characteristics of resources are described, the review of main types of resources and their interoperability is given. We offer an approach for production of informative resource on based on componental approach. The results of technology application for creation of informative resource of State Tax Administration of Ukraine is displayed.
